We are not "just another job board". "Old" job boards have a pure publishing function for candidate sourcing. But we aim to provide a specialized Online Recruiting Service for SMEs that will support them in the entire recruiting process (e.g. branding, screening...) and not just in the candidate sourcing step. Our vision: Use technology to help SMEs fill their job vacancies with best suited candidates in minimum time, at the quality of HR-Consultants yet at a fraction of their costs.
